A leading consulting firm located in São Paulo is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in high-volume recruitment. Strong English proficiency and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. This role requires a proactive and organized approach to recruitment events and candidate engagement.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment (R&S), preferably with high-volume hiring.
  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting processes for generalist profiles, handling high-volume recruitment efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Support recruitment events and career fairs, including logistics, candidate engagement, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, ensuring alignment and a smooth communication flow throughout the recruiting process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases, and spreadsheets to track and analyze recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Provide analytical insights and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist teams with recruiting campaigns and events across all educational levels, including Undergraduate, DD, Master’s, and PhD schools.
  • Navigate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating organization, proactivity, and strong communication skills.
