A leading global company is looking for a Recruitment Specialist in Propriá, Brazil, to manage the recruitment process from job postings to candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and at least 2 years of experience in recruitment within the Brazilian market. Proficiency in both English and Portuguese is essential, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. The role offers a dynamic work environment focused on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment or HR roles, with Brazil market experience preferred; familiarity with overseas talent challenges is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Fluent English (working language), fluent Portuguese (official language), with strong business communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and recruitment software (e.g., ATS).
Interpersonal: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities; thrives in high-pressure environments (due to high vacancy rates).
Knowledge: Brazilian employment laws and multicultural management (inspired by Rio Olympics' diversity).
