Outlier is seeking QA Coders to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear computer science prompts. This remote program invites talent from across Latin America to help train AI models that generate and evaluate code.

Ideal candidates have a CS degree, production-code experience, and fluent English. The role is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with flexible timing, paying up to $34 USD/hr plus incentives and with access to leading LLMs.

• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
