Descrição da oferta de emprego
Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your RAM expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of our solutions. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as design, operations, and customer relations), analyse complex solutions, and provide valuable insights to optimise system performance and customer satisfaction.

You’ll specifically take care of managing RAM project activities during the tender, design, and operational phases, while also performing advanced reliability calculations and statistical analyses.

We’ll look to you for:
  • Managing RAM project activities, including analysis, documentation, training, and addressing customer requirements
  • Making design recommendations based on RAM studies (‘Design for Reliability’, ‘Design for Maintainability’, ‘Design for Testability’)
  • Ensuring architecture choices align with system and customer RAM targets
  • Performing reliability and KPI calculations, developing reliability models, and applying statistical analysis
  • Conducting Reliability Block Diagrams, FMEA/FMECA, Fault Tree Analysis, and degraded‑mode analyses
  • Serving as the technical interface with the customer for RAM deliverables
  • Consolidating contributions from internal and external stakeholders to fulfil RAM obligations
All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Engineering university degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or a similar field
  • Technical knowledge of RAM aspects, ideally in railway signalling applications
  • Desired experience with reliability‑related tools (ReliaSoft BlockSim, Aralia Fault Tree, ITEM Toolkit, Weibull++ etc.)
  • Experience working in diverse and international environments
  • Team player with proactive behaviour
  • Knowledge of RAM analysis and modelling techniques such as RBD and Markov
  • Knowledge of railway RAM standards, such as CENELEC 50126 (desirable)
  • Experience with FMEA, FRACAS, and RCA analysis
  • Advanced statistical skills and familiarity with degraded‑mode and RAM modelling
  • Language skills: English (working level minimum), Spanish (working level minimum), other languages as applicable
Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life‑long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long‑term career free from boring daily routines
  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling
  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues
  • Contribute to innovative projects
  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment
  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries
  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award‑winning learning
  • Progress towards leadership or specialised roles in the RAM domain
  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
