BairesDev is seeking a Rails Developer to lead full-stack engineering by owning the Rails backend and pairing with modern frontend frameworks. You will connect server-side logic with interactive interfaces, ensuring data flow and high-performance delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise in building full-stack applications using Rails backends and React frontends.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL and writing automated tests using RSpec.
• Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and managing asynchronous processing tasks.
• Solid understanding of TypeScript and its application within modern web frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
