Job summary

Kenvue is hiring a Quality Systems and Performance Analyst in Brazil. The role focuses on supplier qualification, maintaining and implementing quality processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

You will support QMS activities for Source Quality and work across indirect materials. The candidate will handle investigations, CAPA, Change Control, and risk management while collaborating with regional teams and external auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated industry and ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for supplier qualification activities including audits and quality agreements.
• Support QMS processes related to Source Quality for indirect materials.
• Manage investigations, CAPA, Change Control and risk management activities.
• Contribute to quality system improvement initiatives for supplier qualification.
• Assist with audits and inspections by internal or external parties.
• Develop, revise and approve local SOPs and support supplier performance presentations.
• Monitor Source Quality System metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Represent Regional Source Quality in forums and communicate actions to stakeholders.

What You Will Do

The QUALITY SYSTEMS & COMPLIANCE ANALYST is responsible to conduct supplier qualification activities establishing, maintaining and implementing activities to ensure business attendance in a timely manner. Also support Quality Management Systems (QMS) for Source Quality processes ensuring compliance with Internal and external Standards within the scope of its activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the focal point for indirect material suppliers qualification, conducting external audits and ensuring quality agreement implementation when required
• Support business partners in the execution of QMS processes related to Source Quality, especially for indirect materials
• Handle investigations, corrective and preventive actions, change control actions and risk management processes, when applicable.
• Participate in quality system improvement initiatives for supplier qualification process
• Supports local implementation of applicable Standards and Regulations as well as internal or external audits and inspections
• Develop, revise, and approve local standard operating procedures and support on supplier performance presentations
• Monitor the performance of the Source Quality System through the quality critical metrics and proactive metrics.
• Represent Regional Source Quality team in best practice forums and deploy main concerns and actions to applicable stakeholders

Required Qualifications

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering or related science is required.
• Proven experience in a regulated industry and ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable quality processes
• Experience with supplier processes, Investigation, CAPA, Change Control, training, documentation control and General Quality Systems process.
• Advanced English

• Intermediate Spanish
