WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This person will actively participate in the company's Quality System to ensure that the physical and chemical analysis procedure is carried out on production materials, enabling the product to meet the required quality standards. This is a second shift position.

YOUR ROLE
  • Analysis of in-process product, finished product and raw material
  • Perform sample preparation, execute and interpret high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analyse using Empower systems
  • Control the use and useful life of HPLC columns
  • Perform sample preparation, perform and interpret analyses using absorption spectrophotometry.
  • Perform sample preparation, execute and interpret titrimetry analyses in automatic titrators.
  • Sample identification by infrared
  • Review operational procedures
  • Develop procedures for new equipment
  • Record analytical results in the LIMS system
  • Perform/record OOS investigation
  • Understand, comply with, and respect HSE (Safety, Health, and Environment) procedures, instructions, and rules as part of your daily role and responsibilities, acting to ensure your own safety and contribute to the safety of others, always adopting safe behavior.
  • Exercise your commitment to HSE by participating in safety, health, and environment training and initiatives, and continually practice risk awareness in your daily work.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Experience in quality control, with good technical knowledge for analysis of in-process product, finished product, imported product and HPLC methods.
  • Degree in pharmacy or chemistry
  • Experience in pharmaceutical
  • Operational knowledge of liquid chromatography
  • GMP Good Laboratory Practices
  • Knowledge of European regulations related to the analysis routine.
