Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of unit, integration, E2E, and regression tests
• Experience with web automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience with API automation (Postman, Rest Assured)
• Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter)
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of testing strategies (shift-left, test pyramid)
• Strong critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and find gaps
• Ability to anticipate risks and impacts of failures
• Thinking beyond the "happy test," exploring alternative scenarios
• Proactive in suggesting improvements to processes and products
• Experience in log analysis and debugging
• Good communication skills for interaction with the team and stakeholders
• Autonomy and decision‑making ability
• Clarity in written and verbal communication

Requirements – Must Have

• More than 10 years of IT experience
• More than 5 years of experience as a QA with automation
• More than 3 years of experience with QA process automation
• Experience with web automation tools (Selenium, Cypress)
• Experience with API automation (Postman, Rest Assured)
• Basic knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, BlazeMeter)
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
