The Position

We are looking for an Manager to lead a Quality Assurance team within projects. This team will provide QA support to the work packages and collaborate with Site QA. The position is based in Montes Claros/MG. The manager's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Driving People and Resource Management in projects.
  • Hiring and onboarding new employees aligned with demands and requirements.
  • Managing the team according to 'Novo Nordisk Way' for optimal employee development and resource utilization.
  • Overseeing people processes and people development.
  • Global Collaboration with Site QA in US, China, and Europe, Brazil.
  • Driving change management according to an ambitious projects strategy.
  • Ensuring constructive and value-adding quality oversight.
  • Supporting Project Deliverables within Allocated Work Packages.
  • Creating, developing, and challenging the overall project plan for effective and transparent systems and processes.
  • Guaranteeing effective Business Performance to reach targets and key deliverables within deadlines.
  • Prioritizing Occupational Health and Safety as part of Business Performance
  • Ensuring Effective Stakeholder Collaboration.
  • Communicating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promoting strong communication and knowledge sharing across departments and with suppliers and engineering partners.
  • Ensuring Quality and Compliance.
  • Establishing the right Quality Mindset in the project.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Quality Assurance, people management (humanized approach), and project management. We are looking for a visionary leader with excellent communication skills, a strong ability to collaborate globally, and a dedicated focus on quality and compliance.
  • English: Fluency will be differential.
  • Background: Pharmacist, Engineers, and related sciences.

About the Department

You will be part of the Expansion project team to expand the production capacity of the Montes Claros Site in order to meet the growing market demand.
