Skills : Knowledge in Accessibility testing, web compliance, data privacy, leadership

JD :

Lead assurance services for accessibility, compliance, and data privacy across web and mobile platforms.

Act as the SPOC for all business and technology teams, ensuring smooth communication and governance.

Define and enforce accessibility and security standards for digital applications.

Manage and mentor teams to deliver compliance initiatives and mitigate operational risks.

Drive continuous improvement in assurance processes through proactive leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Professional Expertise (minimum required)

Service Manager (nearshore) with leadership expertise to manage demand internally, acting escalation and focal point for Assurance team
