Qualificações

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in laboratory.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct quality control and acceptance of samples.
• Prepare materials and the laboratory for analysis.
• Perform basic laboratory analyses.
• Ensure procedures and SOP plans related to the laboratory are current.
• Track and ensure the status of laboratory consumables.
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables for analyses.
• Maintain and repair laboratory equipment.
• Conduct temperature and calibration checks for laboratory equipment.
• Prepare samples for external analysis.

Conhecimentos

Excellent problem-solving skill

Knowledge of legislation, certification standards and customer requirements

Willing to gain knowledge in the field of laboratory and diagnostics

What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Conducts quality control and acceptance of samples
• Prepare materials and the laboratory for laboratory analyses
• Perform basic laboratory analyses
• Ensures the currency of procedures, instructions, and SOP plans related to the laboratory
• Track and ensure the current status of laboratory consumables stock
• Ensure adequate supply of consumables for analyses in the laboratory
• Ensure maintenance and repair of equipment in the laboratory
• Organize the arrangement of cabinets and materials in the laboratory
• Conduct temperature and calibration checks for laboratory equipment and ensuring their currency
• Prepare samples for external analysis
• Ensure timely completion of laboratory analyses according to lead time
• Execute duties under the supervision of their manager using policies/procedures
• Adhere to biosafety and hygiene rules in the laboratory, paying attention to the cleanliness of used equipment
• Adhere to working hours
• Fulfill the requirements of ISO 22000-HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 systems
• Fulfill the requirements of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) under ISO 27001, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of company information
• Provide support to affiliated laboratories as needed
• Performing necropsy on dead chickens coming from the field and slaughterhouse
• Taking samples from organs under aseptic conditions and performing the requested analyses

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree of Veterinary Medicine
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in laboratory
