Clicks Ballito Junction is seeking a Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant to provide pharmaceutical care, manage dispensary administration and stock control, and offer health advice in a customer-focused environment.

This role emphasizes accuracy, integrity, and teamwork within SOPs to maintain high service standards and compliance. 45 hours over 6 days per week with attention to detail.

• Health Professions Council of South Africa requirements for Pharmacist Assistant levels

Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant - Clicks Ballito Junction

Introduction

Responsible for providing pharmaceutical care services (within scope of practice) and performing day-to-day dispensary administration according to company's Standard Operating Plans (SOPs).

Job Objectives

• High standards of customer service and care
• Efficient stock control and administration, including repacking of medicine
• Efficient dispensary administration
• Provision of general health advice
• High standards of housekeeping and merchandise display
• Ad hoc requirements as per operational requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric with Maths (Essential)
• Minimum requirements of the Health Professions Council of South Africa for the various levels as a Pharmacist Assistant (Qualified, Post Basic and Learner Basic)
