What You'll Do

Execute functional, regression, and system integration tests

Design BDD test scenarios and create test plans based on financial-market rules

Ensure full requirements coverage with end-to-end traceability between scenarios, evidence, and functionalities

Validate data using SQL, with a strong focus on data integrity, consistency, and cross-system accuracy

Test and analyze API behavior, including requests, responses, and edge conditions

Create JIRA tickets with clear descriptions, structured evidence, and proper documentation

Track defects throughout the lifecycle, perform retesting, and ensure timely resolution

Manage and document test execution status (Passed, Failed, Blocked, etc.)

Prepare and deliver Status Reports with key quality metrics

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the full development lifecycle

What You Bring

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Advanced knowledge of QA processes within agile development squads

Strong understanding of testing methodologies : functional, regression, system integration

Hands-on experience designing BDD test scenarios

Solid understanding of financial market business rules, including :

Pricing, redemptions, and fees

Settlements

Corporate actions

Reconciliations

Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis

Knowledge of API architecture and hands-on experience with API testing

Strong focus on performance, data integrity, and analytical evaluation

Proven ability to maintain full traceability from requirements through test coverage

Experience creating structured, well-documented evidence-backed JIRA tickets

Experience with end-to-end defect management

Experience managing test scenarios, execution status, and structured reporting

Experience preparing and delivering quality metrics in status reports

Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Clear, objective communication with both technical and business stakeholders

Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail

Proactivity and a strong sense of urgency

Ability to challenge requirements and anticipate testing impacts

Collaboration, maturity, and accountability within squad environments
