Job summary

FullStack is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our talent network for flexible, project-based development work with U.S. clients. You will design, implement and maintain automated test suites using Playwright and AI-enabled testing approaches to ensure product quality.

The role requires 4+ years of software testing experience, strong English, and a four-year degree; you will collaborate with designers and engineers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with QA automation and Playwright.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience designing and maintaining automated test suites in production.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into a client’s team and work with designers and engineers daily.
• Own automated end-to-end and regression test suites for web applications.
• Incorporate AI tools into the QA workflow and support CI/CD processes.

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional software development experience with QA automation, Playwright, and AI-driven testing technologies.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Has designed, built, and maintained automated test suites in production using Playwright.
• Has integrated AI tools or frameworks (e.g., GitHub Copilot, test generation tools, or LLM APIs) into a production QA workflow.
• Has owned automated end-to-end (E2E) and regression test suites for web applications.
• Well-versed in defect tracking, bug lifecycle management, and core software QA methodologies.
• Proficient in automated testing principles for web platforms.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
