Job summary

INDI Staffing Services is seeking a Python Tech Lead to join our Development team, working on projects with multicultural teams distributed worldwide. You will be proactive, team-oriented, and focused on delivering great user experiences through Python and Django expertise.

This role offers flexibility in where and how you work, with opportunities to influence architecture and drive innovative solutions across mobile, web, and device platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Python and Django development experience.
• Experience with object-oriented programming is desirable.
• 3 years of development using other programming languages.
• Strong skills with XML and relational databases (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL).
• Experience with OOD (object-oriented design).
• Experience handling large data structures (including XML) and algorithms.
• A University Degree in systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Balance coding with mentoring junior members and time management.
• Coordinate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.
• Make architectural decisions with growth of the business in mind.
