A leading recruitment firm seeks a Salesperson for solar PV modules sales in Brazil. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Portuguese, with experience in sales and a strong network in the local solar market. Responsibilities include driving sales, developing networks, and managing client relationships. This role presents a significant opportunity to impact in a growing market.
Drive sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico, achieving annual sales targets.
Develop local distributor, EPC contractor, and utility-scale project developer networks.
Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars).
Manage end-to-end client relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and payment follow-up.
Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.
Fluent in English & Spanish (Mexico), Fluent in English & Portuguese (Brazil), preferably Chinese expats or local Chinese-speaking candidates.
3-5 years of sales experience in the market for solar panels, with a strong network in the local solar market.
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale or C&I solar projects.
Strong negotiation skills and Team leadership experience is a plus.
