Qualificações

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the solar panel market.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale solar projects.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico.
  • Develop local distributor and contractor networks.
  • Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of solar PV modules in Brazil or Mexico, achieving annual sales targets.

  • Develop local distributor, EPC contractor, and utility-scale project developer networks.

  • Design regional sales strategies and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., trade shows, technical seminars).

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including negotiation, contracting, and payment follow-up.

  • Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business strategy.

Qualifications
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Mexico), Fluent in English & Portuguese (Brazil), preferably Chinese expats or local Chinese-speaking candidates.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the market for solar panels, with a strong network in the local solar market.

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in utility-scale or C&I solar projects.

  • Strong negotiation skills and Team leadership experience is a plus.
