Prompt Writer (AI Training)

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to strong writers with sharp, curious minds. No background in AI or technology is required — if you can think creatively and write clearly, you're exactly who we're looking for.

What You'll Do

• Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels
• Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that rigorously test AI reasoning and creativity
• Craft prompts specifically targeted at exposing gaps in accuracy, logic, and safety
• Follow structured style guides and prompt-writing frameworks with consistency
• Refine and iterate on prompts based on project feedback and evolving objectives
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• A creative thinker with strong, clear writing skills
• Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring ideas across a broad range of subjects
• Able to write compellingly and precisely on diverse topics without deep prior expertise
• Comfortable working within structured guidelines while bringing your own originality
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated when working independently
• No AI, technical, or academic background required

Nice to Have

• Experience in writing, journalism, content creation, or copywriting
