What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage subsidiary-based and global projects within the scope of new product development
- Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and consulting with key stakeholders
- Maintain project schedules by monitoring progress and resolving risks or obstacles
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and facilitate design history files for assigned projects
- Communicate project status to management and stakeholders, including metrics and constraints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
- Formal Project Management training required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Awareness of Integrated Operating Rooms technologies and products
- Knowledge of hospital protocols, PHI, and FDA guidelines
- Experience with project management systems, preferably Workfront
- Demonstrated ability to balance business and technical risks
