Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate problem resolution and manage system-related issues impacting project delivery
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing services operations, managing large and/or complex projects
  • Proven communication skills to interface with various organizational levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project demands
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Experience with solutions designed to support sales channel development, including web-based training and mobile platforms
  • Strong creative and writing skills for creating internal and client-facing documents
  • Knowledge of system architecture and operating systems
  • Aptitude for analysis and quality assurance testing
