What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the full project life cycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
• Communicate expectations to internal teams and external vendors to facilitate efficient workflow
• Collaborate with finance and accounting on revenue recognition and invoicing processes
• Conduct project meetings and enforce quality assurance phases for all projects
• Interface with key agency teams to ensure milestones are met according to project timelines

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 3 years of Project/Program Management or relevant experience
• At least 2 years of experience in budget management
• Familiarity with MLR review processes and industry-specific standards
• Proven ability to lead small to medium-scale projects from conception to completion
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
