What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules to guide successful project delivery

• Lead project teams, facilitating milestone meetings and managing gate processes
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and deliverables while aligning with business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 3-7 years of experience in project management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Excellent organization, communication, team leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and apply sound judgment in an evolving environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain
• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, or CAPM certification desirable
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration and matrixed relationships
