IQVIA in São Paulo, Brazil is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end client data delivery projects on IQVIA's DaaS platform. You will serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks and budgets, and maintaining robust project documentation while adhering to quality standards and best practices.

Qualificações

• Understanding of database concepts, SQL, ETL processes, and data delivery solutions.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and Redshift environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English proficiency at C1+ level.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple concurrent client data delivery projects from initiation through production and support transition.
• Lead project kickoffs, client meetings, and day-to-day stakeholder communication.
• Define requirements, track deliverables, and coordinate Technical Leads and Configurators.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and project documentation.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution.
• Monitor project budgets, pricing, and deliverables tied to revenue milestones.
• Ensure compliance with standard processes, quality requirements, and best practices.
• Provide project updates to leadership and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Support proposal development, change orders, and scope management activities.

Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end client data delivery projects using IQVIA's Data as a Service (DaaS) platform. This role serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent client data delivery projects from initiation through production and support transition.
• Lead project kickoffs, client meetings, and day-to-day stakeholder communication.
• Define requirements, track deliverables, and coordinate Technical Leads and Configurators.

Additional Information

• Client-facing role with frequent interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fast-paced environment, managing approximately 20 active client deliveries simultaneously.
• EST business hours coverage required (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Occasional flexibility outside standard hours to support client delivery needs.
