We Are Hiring : Project Manager (Brazil)

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in construction and infrastructure projects to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives within defined scope, budget, and schedule .

This role will be responsible for closely monitoring project performance , managing risks, and ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders , in a fast-paced and technically demanding environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, monitoring, and control of construction and engineering integration projects.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and risk analysis activities.
• Apply project control tools and methodologies to ensure compliance with scope, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Act as the project’s primary point of contact for cost, schedule, and risk-related matters.
• Manage client interaction throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and applicable standards in Brazil .
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
• Proven experience managing construction or infrastructure projects .
• Solid knowledge of cost control, change management, scheduling, and risk analysis .
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Microsoft Office .
• Advanced English (C1) required : Exceptional B2-level candidates may be considered if supported by strong international project experience and demonstrated ability to lead meetings and prepare technical and executive documentation in English .
