Lead end-to-end Agile delivery execution of the POD, ensuring predictable delivery, disciplined Scrum practices, and transparent governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Program/Project Management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in M&A integrations, including application rationalization, data migration, and change management.
• Strong technical acumen: understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system dependencies.
• Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks, including application reengineering and consolidations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
