What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the full life cycle of procurement and subcontract activities from planning to closeout
- Develop procurement management plans that align with project objectives and compliance standards
- Oversee vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and deliverables
- Conduct pre-award assessments and due diligence in vetting subcontractors and vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with project goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in project management principles and practices
- At least 2+ years of line management experience required
- Prior experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization
- Strong knowledge of project management software and technologies

- Experience with international or domestic program development or project management
