Job summary

SMT is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate client projects from planning through delivery in a fully remote setting. The role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to risk and issue resolution.

You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables while aligning with business objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, business objectives, scope, timelines, and budget.
• Managing project plans, milestones, priorities, resources, and dependencies to ensure efficient execution.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration, accountability, and timely delivery of project activities.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and changes, proactively developing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitoring project progress and performance, maintaining documentation, and communicating status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and promoting continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
