What you’ll be doing

• Build project plans that ensure maximum utilisation of the team for impact.
• Partner with Product to translate their ‘Why?’ into a ‘What? Who? How? and ‘When’ in a cohesive plan.
• Where initiatives span multiple internal teams, the Project Manager leads cross-team collaboration, driving alignment and ensuring coordination.
• Coordinates the deliverables from external partners as necessary.
• Ticket creation and management in support of the roadmap.
• Project-level resource assignment and scheduling.
• Holds the team to a high bar, creating a culture of constant improvement. In areas such as ETA accuracy and code quality, the Project Manager identifies and drives process improvements.
• Provide on-demand, accurate status to stakeholders.
• Run all team ceremonies and meetings.
• Drive resolution of production issues.
• Have a keen attention to detail and be proud of their product.

What you’ll bring

• Must be based in EU timezone.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Degree or Masters in a business or technology discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams in an scrum framework.
• Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software and application development from a customer viewpoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in working with UI/UX teams.

• Online Aptitude Test (Max time of 30 Minutes).
• Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team.
• Remote video interview with 3 x Team Members (45 mins each, not separate days).
• 24-72 hour feedback loops throughout process.
