• Experience delivering large hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects.
• Proven leadership in Project Director / Construction Director roles.

• Solid stakeholder management and commercial/contractual capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of hyperscale data center projects from design to handover.

We're partnering with a fast-growing international data center platform backed by significant institutional capital and currently undergoing rapid expansion across Asia, Europe and Latin America.

As the business continues to scale its global footprint, they are looking for an experienced Project Director to take end-to-end ownership of major hyperscale data center campus developments, acting as the Owner's Representative from early design through construction, commissioning and final handover.

What you'll be doing

• Take end-to-end ownership of hyperscale data center projects, from design and pre-construction through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Act as the Owner's Representative, providing single-point accountability for project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Lead and coordinate EPC contractors, consultants, designers, commissioning teams and key vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Own project CAPEX, programme and critical-path management, proactively identifying and resolving delivery risks.
• Drive design, construction and commissioning readiness to ensure projects achieve key RFS and customer delivery milestones.
• Partner closely with internal Engineering, Operations, Commercial and Customer teams to ensure seamless transition into operations.
• Manage senior internal and external stakeholders, providing clear project governance and executive-level reporting.

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience delivering large-scale hyperscale or mission-critical data center projects.
• Proven track record in Project Director / Construction Director / Senior Project Management leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of data center design, MEP, construction, commissioning and operational handover.
• Demonstrated experience managing large CAPEX programmes, contractors and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working from the developer / owner / owner's representative side is highly preferred.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, international and highly entrepreneurial environment.
