About the vacancy:

We are seeking a Project Director to lead our project management team and ensure our projects are delivered on time and on budget. The ideal candidate should have experience leading project management teams and working with agile methodologies, as well as possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project management team and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Work with the sales team to define project scopes, cost estimates, and delivery times.
• Ensure the implementation of project management methodologies and agile processes to maximize team efficiency.
• Manage project workflow and ensure effective communication between the team, clients, and other departments.
• Identify and resolve potential issues and risks that could affect project quality, timeliness, or budget.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and external partners.
• Provide regular reports on project status and team performance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience leading project management teams, preferably at a digital agency or technology company.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Skills in managing budgets, deadlines and scopes of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Skills in conflict management and problem solving.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with different areas of the company.
• Higher education in areas related to technology, administration or engineering.
