What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Plan and implement programs comprising multiple dependent work streams
• Monitor and control operations impact on Program P&Ls to ensure strong financial performance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of project and/or program management experience
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in sales, business development, or operations management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and contract management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, such as MS Project
