Amazon in Brazil seeks a Program Manager to join the Trans Execution BR team. You will launch new programs, drive improvements, and influence across Transportation, Last Mile Tech, Operations, and Business Development to expand Trans Execution in Brazil.

Bring a hands-on approach in a high-ambiguity environment, think big, and translate ideas into scalable processes that enhance forecasting, capacity planning, and on-road management across LATAM.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Fluent English (speaking and writing) and ability to take direction in English.

Program Manager, Intraweek Forecasting, LATAM Trans Execution

DescriptionWe are looking for a Program Manager to join our team, launch new programs, and drive improvements in the processes and technologies used within Trans Execution BR in Brazil. The Program Manager must be able to stand out and grow in a new team with a high degree of ambiguity. In this role, you will think big, develop original ideas, and directly influence and collaborate with the Transportation, Last Mile Tech, Operations, and Business Development teams to expand Trans Execution BR in Brazil.

Key job responsibilities

• Define the program (mission, vision, philosophy), set goals, analyze data, and drive improvements quantified by metrics
• Lead the implementation of IWP Caps and Forecasting processes in Brazil, adapting best practices to the local context
• Understand business problems, automation limitations, Scaling Factors, technological constraints, and the context of leadership decisions to drive the program
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal business partners
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems
• Identify and mitigate business risks before they become obstacles
• Ensure critical path timelines are met, resource needs are understood, and project priorities are visible to Senior Management
• Work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify root causes and solve complex problems related to improving system functionality and reliability
• Collaborate with BI analysts and engineers on planning and analysis to build analytical solutions that achieve business objectives

About The TeamTrans Execution BR is a team that explores new approaches and ways of working at Amazon Logistics, offering scalable solutions to operate increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery networks. Trans Execution BR is responsible for critical processes such as Capacity Planning, Scheduling, Forecasting, and On Road Management, with the vision of continuously transforming these processes in a scalable manner.

In Brazil, we are building the IWP Caps and Forecasting team and are looking for a Program Manager to lead this expansion.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English
• Experience in team management
• Experience working cross functionally with non\-tech teams
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
