What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct people management responsibility
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to adapt and apply sound judgment in evolving environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain
• PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification highly desirable
• Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed relationships
