What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prioritize, plan, and manage strategic enterprise projects and programs
- Lead cross-functional teams and manage shared resources across projects
- Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholders
- Mentor Project Managers to ensure consistent and successful project delivery
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and department leaders to ensure successful initiative execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in project and/or program management
- 2+ years in a leadership role with direct people management responsibility
- Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and apply sound judgment in evolving environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical domain
- PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification highly desirable
- Ability to influence and lead through collaboration in matrixed relationships
