If you are driven by the pursuit of innovative solutions that maximize value creation and drive digital transformation, this is your chance to join our team at Siemens!

A leading company with over 155 years of experience in Brazil, Siemens combines the real and digital worlds in: automation technology, industrial digitalization, software, energy systems, buildings, and industries. Throughout its history, the company has actively contributed to the construction and modernization of Brazilian infrastructure, with a portfolio of innovative solutions that empowers its clients to accelerate their own digital transformation and achieve greater sustainability.

Do you want to be part of this team?

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to drive partner-led growth in the automation industry. This is a strategic role focused on executing partner programs with rigor, managing partner performance, and supporting our Regional Sales team's pipeline and revenue goals. You will work at the intersection of sales operations, partner management, and business development, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner ecosystem.

What will your responsibilities be?
Regional Program Execution
  • Drives executional rigor around partner lifecycle management — accreditation, tiering, and performance tracking for the region/partner segment.
  • Ensures high-quality execution of partner programs, incentives, and certification models, adhering to global governance standards.
  • Leads local implementation of global partner program changes and tool rollouts, in collaboration with HQ operations and the Partner Governance, Compliance & Onboarding Specialist.
  • Coordinates rollout of new program initiatives, tools, and processes within the region.
Partner Performance Management & Strategic Growth
  • Provides actionable analytics and maintains KPIs/scorecards to inform strategic decisions.
  • Tracks partner performance and program adherence across regional partner tiers and types; escalates significant compliance issues to regional partner managers.
  • Supports operational reviews on partner success plans, performance, incentive utilization, and rebate tracking.
  • Identifies capability and effectiveness gaps within the regional partner network and drives targeted interventions to improve performance.
  • Fosters Partner-to-Partner (P2P) and Partner-with-Partner (PWP) collaboration within the region.
  • Supports strategic partner success planning and coordinates business reviews with key partners, in collaboration with the Partner Sales team.
  • Identifies partner capability gaps and builds action plans to improve competitiveness, feeding recommendations into Partner Sales' account planning.
  • Supports identification of market coverage gaps and provides input to Partner Sales on partner recruitment priorities aligned with growth targets.
  • Promotes partner progression through accreditation, competency, and tier advancement pathways as a lever for pipeline growth.
Regional Partner Support
  • Supports regional partner managers in navigating the onboarding process (facilitated by the Partner Governance, Compliance & Onboarding Specialist).
  • Assists regional partner managers with queries on program requirements, incentives, and performance metrics.
  • Gathers and shares regional market feedback with global teams, including input to Partner Sales leadership.
  • Level 1 support for tool training and partner support.
  • Facilitates connections between complementary partners to create new business opportunities in support of Sales-led deals.
What requirements are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or partner-facing commercial roles.
  • Direct experience working with automation-industry partner types: Distribution, System Integrators, Panel Builders, OEMs, Global System Integrators (GSIs), or comparable industrial-automation/technology channel models.
  • Experience supporting or collaborating with direct sales teams.
  • Strong data/analytics literacy — comfortable building and interpreting scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards (Excel required; CRM/PRM tool experience is a plus).
  • Working technical fluency in automation products/solutions (PLCs, drives, industrial software, or comparable) sufficient to have credible technical conversations with partners is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with external partners at multiple levels (technical, sales, ownership).
  • Written and verbal communication suited to both partner-facing and internal cross-functional audiences (Sales, Operations, Compliance).
  • Portuguese (native/fluent) and English (required, business-level minimum) — other languages are a plus.
Work location and hiring model:
  • CLT, hybrid model.
  • São Paulo — applications from professionals in other states are welcome, provided they have availability to relocate or travel to São Paulo for in-office days.
  • Expected travel: approximately 30% national and 5% international.
