What You'll Do

• Record clear, expressive Italian-language audio using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, emotional expression, and overall quality
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to help improve synthesized Italian voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments that enhance clarity and ensure natural, authentic delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in Italian with a strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Access to a large diaphragm microphone (LDM) and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances across a range of tones and styles
• Sharp ear for nuance - you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, pronunciation, and emotional register

Nice to Have

• Experience in broadcast, commercial, e-learning, or animation voice work
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Understanding of phonetics or speech quality evaluation
