Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in food engineering, veterinary science or a related area.
• 1 year of work experience in the food industry.
• Knowledge of food safety & food technology standards.
• Familiarity with technical metrics such as yield, productivity, and efficiency.
• Solid understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
• Knowledge of SAP software, PowerBI and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Flexibility with alternative production hours (if needed).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze production KPIs to identify performance gaps.
• Participate in productivity meetings and manage action plans.
• Identify key causes of deviations for follow-up.
• Support nonconformity resolution and analyze opportunities for improvement.
• Upload daily Yield and Efficiency data to the CIEX Performance Portal.
• Conduct process walkthroughs to monitor intermediate indicators.
• Comply with the Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System.

What will you be doing at Banvit BRF?

• Analyze production KPIs to identify performance gaps and ensure data is available for productivity meetings
• Participate in productivity meetings and manage action plans for indicators that showed deviations the previous day
• Identify key causes of deviations for follow-up by supervisors, specialists, or managers
• Support nonconformity resolution and analyze opportunities for continuous improvement using PDCA methodology
• Upload daily Yield and Efficiency data to the CIEX Performance Portal and highlight major deviations for supervisor or assistant review
• Conduct process walkthroughs to monitor intermediate indicators (verification items), prioritizing Continuous Improvement efforts with a cost-focused approach
• Comply with the Quality Management System, Food Safety Management System, HSE policies, and legal and private customer requirements

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in food engineering, veterinary science or a related area
• 1 year of work experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of food safety & food technology standards
• Familiarity with technical metrics such as yield, productivity, and efficiency
• Solid understanding of problem-solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram)
• Knowledge of SAP software, PowerBI and Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
• Based in Elazığ or willing to relocate
• Flexibility with alternative production hours (if needed)
