PRODUCTION MANAGER
- Minimum 5 years of experience for the Import Company Production position.
- Need knowledge of garment construction, spec and fabric /costing.
- Costing & Margin Accountability: Own and maintain cost sheets, analyze component pricing, and implement cost engineering strategies to meet gross margin targets without sacrificing quality.
- Good communication skills with vendors.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Experience with the N41 ERP system is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, must be able to multitask.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
- Calendar Management: Build, update, and drive the Time & Action (T&A) calendar to ensure all key dates are met, including sample submissions, lab dips, bulk approvals, and production starts.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the hub between Design, Tech Design, Merchandising, Sales, Compliance, and Logistics to drive alignment and resolve any roadblocks.
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage all aspects of product execution from development to delivery, ensuring timeline, margin, and quality expectations are met for each licensed brand program.
PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
- Minimum 2 years of experience for the Import Company Production position.
- Need knowledge of garment construction, spec and fabric.
- Good communication skills with vendors.
- Detail-oriented and well organized.
- Experience with the N41 ERP system is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, must be able to multitask.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.

PRE-PRODUCTION
- Knowledge of garment construction and manufacturing process (fabric, spec, and fit).
- Must be motivated and detail oriented.
- Team player.
- Proficient with computers and email communication.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
- Able to examine and measure samples to ensure accurate execution of requested construction and specifications.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and MS Office.
ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL DESIGNER
- 1-2 years of technical design experience in the apparel industry; activewear or performance apparel preferred.
- Experience with garment fit, grading, construction, and activewear-specific fabrics.
- Develop and maintain accurate product specifications and garment measurements across all styles.
- Review samples to ensure they meet high-quality standards before bulk production.
- Approve final samples and partner with production teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in final product execution.
- Team player.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
