Job summary

Sur Global Services is seeking a Production Designer to be the dedicated design partner on one of its largest accounts, producing high-volume print and digital assets from templates while maintaining brand consistency.

The role is split roughly 50/50 between print and digital work. You will update templates with new copy and imagery, prepare print-ready and digital-ready files, review for errors, and collaborate with project management to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a production, graphic, or layout designer.
• Portfolio showing production or template-based work.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Update templates with new copy and images for each asset (swap photos and headlines).
• Maintain strict consistency with brand guidelines across every deliverable.
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files to spec, with accurate sizing, bleeds, and export formats.
• Review your own work for errors in copy, alignment, and image placement before handoff.
• Collaborate with project management and the design team to meet deadlines on recurring deliverables.

The work is split roughly 50/50 between print and digital, and you will focus exclusively on this one account.

• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files to spec, with accurate sizing, bleeds, and export formats.
• Review your own work for errors in copy, alignment, and image placement before handoff.
• Collaborate with project management and the design team to meet deadlines on recurring deliverables.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a production, graphic, or layout designer.
• Proven experience preparing files for both print and digital output.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma.
• High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, high-volume work.
• Ability to work efficiently within existing templates and brand systems.
• Portfolio showing production or template-based work.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Nice to Have Experience working with a US-based agency or client.
• Experience with email design or large-scale campaign asset production.
