Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret regulatory landscapesby independently tracking regulatory developments, assessing their impacts on Clariant's product portfolio, and ensuring timely implementation of compliance measures across the region.
  • Manage compliance data and systemsby maintaining product safety information in SAP, ensuring timely availability of regulatory data in Clariant systems, and coordinating inventory checks and validation as needed.
  • Lead regulatory readiness initiativesby collaborating with cross‑functional teams to prepare systems for upcoming regulatory changes and creating essential regulatory documents to support Product Stewardship operations.
  • Provide expert customer and stakeholder supportby responding to regulatory inquiries, building strong relationships, and serving as a trusted resource for compliance matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharingby contributing to global process optimization, mentoring team members, and facilitating knowledge transfer and training across the stakeholder network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs/product stewardship within global chemical companies, or in regulatory consulting serving the chemical industry
  • Proven expertise in Product Stewardship processes, GHS Hazard Classification, and regulatory project management
  • Advanced English proficiency (interview will be conducted in English); Spanish proficiency required for regional collaboration

  • Hybrid work model (2 days home office and 3 days on‑site) – office located in the South Zone of São Paulo or Suzano/SP, according to candidate preference
