What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with customers to translate and configure existing processes into the Tempo application

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer use cases for product design
• Proactively communicate project updates and stay informed on pharmaceutical market trends

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Product Specialist for a software product
• 2+ years of experience working with an MES system (PAS-X preferred)
• Excellent communication skills for clarity across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Technical or engineering-based Bachelor's degree (MBA or master's preferred)
