Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner / Senior to join our team in São Paulo (hybrid model).

What will you do?
  • Define product scope and elaborate detailed requirements.
  • Write user stories and estimate the resources needed by the development team.
  • Coordinate and manage sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.
  • Work closely with developers to clarify doubts and prioritize demands.
  • Monitor homologations and pilot phases.
  • Prepare and follow up on project schedules, status reports, and control routines.
  • Ensure on-time deliveries and project milestones.
  • Identify risks, elevate when necessary, and propose mitigation plans.
What are we looking for?
Must Have
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Languages: Professional proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
  • Methodologies: Solid experience with Agile frameworks.
  • Certifications: CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
  • Strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proactive problem‑solving, ability to independently gather information and confidently engage with project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Treasury products (e.g., Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade Finance).
  • Knowledge of Global/Capital Markets.
  • Familiarity with Jira Software.
  • Experience designing process workflows and end‑to‑end product journeys.
  • Ability to evaluate new products considering legal, tax, operational, and financial dimensions.
  • Strong data‑driven decision making: able to define KPIs, interpret analytics, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Advanced English.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in business modeling and understanding the full product lifecycle impact.
  • Previous experience in international or multicultural environments, adapting product and communication to diverse markets.
  • Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and service‑oriented architecture (SOA / micro‑services).
  • Spanish is a Plus.
