Product Owner - Synchronous Condensers

Travel : Up to 50% international travel

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle for synchronous condensers from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and project charters.
• Align product strategy with business objectives and market requirements global regional and countries.
• Act as the primary liaison between engineering sales and global stakeholders.
• LeadCoC (Center of Competence) initiatives and ensure compliance with HQ directives.

Qualifications

• Education : Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Experience

• Strong business acumen technical expertise is a plus.
• Background in sales or application engineering preferred.
• Multicultural experience highly desirable.

Skills

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of internal proposal preparation processes.
