Summary: Lead the continuous development of our client’s CDP, balancing long‑term strategy with daily agile execution to increase revenue and improve the experience of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the product roadmap; translate abstract business goals into a clear, prioritized backlog of features and user stories.
- Act as the "voice of the customer"; lead product discovery, conduct market research, and partner with UX to validate new opportunities.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and leverage product analytics to make informed decisions; use data to justify priorities and measure feature adoption.
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint demo for business team) and write clear, actionable user stories that empower the development team.
- Design, build, and own a new, scalable process for gathering, synthesizing, and actioning customer feedback, creating a tight loop between our users and our roadmap.
Must‑Have Requirements
- Demonstrated success as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fast‑paced Agile / Scrum environment.
- Basic understanding of the Ad‑Tech / MarTech ecosystem, including the concepts of CDPs, DMPs, DSPs, and SSPs.
- Comfortable using data to inform decisions, whether through analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) or basic queries.
- Professional English proficiency and a talent for communicating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with modern agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
- Ability to align your working hours with a UTC+1 business day.
- Nice‑to‑Have: Direct, hands‑on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP); hands‑on experience with API tools (e.g., Postman).
