A dynamic fulfillment platform in Brazil is seeking a Product Manager to manage backlog/task organization and ensure feature outcomes meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis, along with excellent communication skills to work with different teams. This is a full-time remote role that allows for growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong skills in Product Management and Business Analysis to define and evaluate product requirements effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Software Development processes and tools to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Skills like SQL, Git, reading Python code and doing data analysis are very beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Backlog & Kanban Management: Own the Kanban board: organize tasks, ensure priorities are clear and understand what is stopping us from maintaining our task flow to hit our deployment goals. Communicate risks, issues, blockers, and quality concerns to the PM and relevant team members.
• Validate Outcomes, Not Just Output: After new features or fixes go live, verify whether they truly solved the original problem and improved the targeted user or business metrics.
