DiDi Global Inc. is expanding its 99Food initiative and seeking a Product Operations Manager to drive feature rollouts and cross-functional projects. You will work with teams across Brazil, China, and other regions to enhance the delivery user journey and support rapid growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and a data-driven mindset to enable transparent stakeholder alignment and successful product delivery.

• Experience in product management or project management is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Sketch MVPs, design and run tests to measure impact and identify issues.

Team Overview

We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to support our food delivery business (99Food), one of the many initiatives of 99 alongside passenger transportation (99), digital payments (99Pay).

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Product features and lead projects that will improve our users journey and help the growth of the Delivery business. This position offers an unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly expanding business line in a fast-paced environment. We are specifically looking for a person with strong communication capabilities and attention to detail.

The product teams are not located in Brazil and we have cross-culture teams, so international contact will happen daily.

As we are an area that centralizes information, communications and results, having project management and organization skills is a must

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a the main focal point on the roll-out of new features/projects, and share them with relevant stakeholders;
• Develop trustful relationships to transparently communicate and align with company stakeholders, including Chinese product teams, Brazilian Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, Safety, Legal, Finance, etc;
• Lead product improvement projects based on Data Analysis, Surveys, Focus Groups, Usability Tests, and internal reports;
• Lead product development by sketching MVPs, designing and running tests to measure feature impact, identifying issues and solving them.

Role Qualifications

• Previous experience in product management and/or project management - mandatory;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders;
• Organizational skills and ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously;
• Fluency in English (constant interactions with English speaking teammates in Brazil and China) - mandatory;
• Data driven capabilities and is comfortable with quantitative analysis. Having SQL and A/B Testing knowledge will be the differential for your success - not mandatory to be advanced;
• Full ownership mindset so you can be responsible and accountable for all initiatives supported by you;
• Academic background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas - preferred.
