In the Product team, we’re responsible for creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers and the business. We combine strategic vision, user focus, and cross-team collaboration to build innovative, scalable products aligned with EBANX’s goals.
Shape our positioning strategy, helping define and share the unique value of EBANX's products and markets using market analysis and customer insights.
Develop our Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, using research and interviews to create detailed personas that keep the customer at the heart of our strategy.
Craft high-impact narratives, translating technical product features into clear benefits and solutions to support our commercial teams.
Act as a strategic bridge, fostering collaboration between the Product and Commercial teams to ensure market insights shape our roadmap and product innovations are clearly understood.
Deep Product Marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in B2B tech companies (SaaS, Payments, or Fintech)
Familiarity with, or a strong curiosity for, the payments or fintech ecosystem.
Proven experience developing and managing Voice of the Customer (VoC) programs and turning insights into actionable strategies.
A strong ability to craft and validate powerful product narratives that resonate with the market.
Effective communication skills, with experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams.
Familiarity with Product Management methodologies.
A portfolio with examples of product launches or GTM campaigns you have contributed to.
A flexible mindset and comfort adapting to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
