Develop and implement short, medium, and long‑term strategies for the events you manage, ensuring alignment with RX's growth objectives and industry needs.
Plan, develop, and oversee face‑to‑face, virtual, and hybrid events such as trade shows, conventions, and conferences.
Strengthen and develop the event brand, identify new market opportunities, and drive event growth.
External relations: Suppliers, Press agents, Public Bodies, Associations, Exhibitors and Pavilions.
Local internal relations: Marketing, Sales, Customer Journey, IT, Finance, Purchasing and HR.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in B2B product management, events, or related field.
Technical Knowledge: Strong skills in operational planning, project management, cost control, and supplier management with an analytical and results‑driven mindset.
Experience managing relationships with industry stakeholders, including sponsors and associations.
ERP systems knowledge (preferably Oracle).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills:
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related areas; a postgraduate degree is a plus.
MBA in Project Management is desirable.
Advanced English required; Spanish is a plus.
