WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Brazil Product Manager (PM) will be responsible for developing and implementing the business and marketing plans for Guerbet product portfolio in Brazil. He / she will be accountable for defining its strategies and execution plans, as well as acting as a liaison with the global marketing team.

In these capacities he / she will report directly to the Latin America Regional Marketing Lead.

YOUR ROLE
  • Driving all the marketing activities in Brazil, including marketing and business plans, segmentation, pricing strategy, positioning, promotional initiatives, product life cycle plans, demand planning and future product developments.
  • Leading new products launching plans for Brazil
  • Collaborating with local Sales team and General Manager to define and implement the marketing strategies and tactics in the most relevant regions and segments.
  • Developing and adapting promotional strategies as needed, to succeed with the life cycle management of each product and category based on market trends / needs. Including Digital marketing strategies.
  • Working closely with the sales team to get a deep understanding of customers' needs and how Guerbet products and services are meeting them to develop effective strategies.
  • Identifying competitive activities and best practices in each market for the company' different products and services in the region
  • Developing, together with the LATAM medical affairs team, long term relationships with key opinion leaders from the health care professional community (KOL’s) in radiology and Interventional Radiology fields.
  • Proposing and managing cluster marketing investment plan, according to Guerbet’s product’s needs, defining and monitoring the ROI oof the different marketing programs to be executed.
  • Developing comprehensive training plans both for the sales team and the health care professionals in close collaboration with the LATAM medical affairs team.
  • Lead IBP (Integrated Business Planning) focusing on demand forecast in collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Sales and other relevant areas for the different product categories.
  • Developing and monitoring market intelligence strategies and initiatives to make sure Guerbet gain market share for its key product categories
  • Actively support CRM (Customer Relationship Management) adoption among key stakeholders, particularly sales team.
  • Collaborating with global & regional Marketing teams providing inputs for global strategies development and implementation.
YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent. MBA plus
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the medical device / healthcare business segment. Medical device sales and marketing experience is highly valuable
  • Sales background will be highly valuable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese & English
  • Advanced Excel skills required for data analysis
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Highly self-motivated, detailed and results oriented, resilient, autonomous
  • Strategic mindset
  • Availability to travel (~25-35%) both locally and internationally
