P2P.org is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive trading interfaces and web/mobile experiences. You will own end-to-end UI/UX, from concept and wireframes to polished interfaces, and contribute to a scalable design system.

You will work closely with founders, product managers, and developers in a fully remote, indefinite-term consultancy role, with a competitive salary in USD and crypto options, plus vacation, wellness programs, and professional growth support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prediction market & trading terminal design: Design intuitive, high-performance trading interfaces, including dashboards, charts, order books, and trading workflows.
• Web & App Design: Own the end-to-end UI/UX design of web and mobile applications, from initial concepts and wireframes to polished, production-ready interfaces.
• Social Media & Marketing Creatives: Create engaging visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and other promotional materials.
• Design System: Build and maintain a consistent visual identity and scalable design system across all digital products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product managers, and developers to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Design Ownership: Take full ownership of design decisions, present and justify your solutions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
