Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in Business Admin, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist with RFQ and purchase order placement with vendors and follow up on delivery.
• Help develop and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement needs.

The Procurement Intern will be responsible for supporting the U.S. and Canadian Procurement teams. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the procurement process and supplier management. You will work closely with our procurement team and support various initiatives aimed at improving our outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Work on daily task that involve multiple external stakeholders, such as vendors and internal stakeholders

• Support Procurement team to perform request for quotations and purchase order placement, as well as, follow up with vendors delivery.

• Participate in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment on procurement needs.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Proficient in Power BI.
