We are a fast-growing micromobility company specializing in electric scooter rentals. Our mission is to make urban transportation more sustainable, accessible, and efficient. As we expand, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our supply chain operations and help scale our business.

Position Overview:

The Buyer is responsible for managing all general purchasing activities across the company, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and alignment with standardized procurement processes. This role supports all city operations by sourcing and acquiring tools, materials, consumables, and general services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute purchase orders for tools, materials, consumables, and general operational supplies.
  • Manage the full purchase-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accuracy of specifications and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, supplier information, and price lists in NetSuite.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers for general procurement categories.
  • Conduct price benchmarking, request quotes, and negotiate terms to ensure cost-effective sourcing.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and service quality.
  • Follow standardized purchasing processes aligned with the company’s procurement policies.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial controls, and approval workflows.
  • Work closely with city Service Center to understand consumption patterns and upcoming needs.
  • Support forecast validation by gathering demand information and ensuring alignment with purchasing calendars.
  • Coordinate deliveries with warehouses to ensure proper receipt and inventory control.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple purchase categories.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken)
